We’re all about getting results for our clients. Our personal approach to group training means we cater for a complete beginner all the way to a more advanced.
The maximum number of clients per session is 10 and we have 2 experienced trainers that lead every session. Sessions last 90 minutes so we can ensure that every muscle group is worked and we don't have to rush the process. Sessions take place in our Shoreditch studio. We’ll get YOU working on what YOU need to work on, it doesn’t matter what the person next to you is doing. Some sessions you'll be working alone and others you may be lifting with a partner. Whether you're looking for weight loss, to build muscle or simply to just feel stronger and more healthy we will cater to your individual needs during the group session. We don’t do 1 size fits all training programmes.
You’ll learn perfect form strength training. We cover everything from Hip Thrusts to Pull Ups. We'll make things easier or harder depending on the individual.
Taking great pride in building a personal relationship with every client, you’ll receive a 1 hour nutritional consultation with one of our trainers upon joining and have regular check-ups and measurement readings. We’ll develop a nutritional game plan designed for longevity and based around your lifestyle... We don't do fad diets and we certainly won't have you eating chicken and broccoli out of your Tupperware 3 times a day. For us, dieting and losing weight doesn't have to mean a boring a painful experience. We'll educate you with nutritional tools that you can use for the rest of your life. As your body changes we will modify your nutrition along with it.

Our sessions last 90 minutes, perfect for a full-body strength workout.
We charge on a monthly basis. You have a choice of what date your membership is taken out.
A single session is £39. Memberships range from x2 to x3 a week.
We don’t do long term contracts. 1 month at a time is the only commitment you make.
We run sessions all day every day. Take a look at our timetable to see more info.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy however at the trainer’s discretion we will happily return that session if you can book another slot that week. If you’re away for a longer period we can credit your account with any missed sessions as well as the ability pause memberships.
This is a common misconception; the results you get from lifting weights are completely based on your calorie intake. If you train with high volume and eat in a calorie surplus, you’ll gain weight. If you eat less calories while lifting weights, you’ll lose weight. It’s that simple.
