  • We’re all about getting results for our clients. We don't do quick fixes and we cater for a complete beginner all the way to a more advanced lifter.  You’ll learn perfect form strength training. We cover everything from Hip Thrusts to Pull Ups. 
  • You'll be trained by a Set LDN personal trainer that has over 10 years experience and all sessions take place in our private FEMALE ONLY studio.  
  • Taking great pride in building a personal relationship with every client, you’ll receive a 1 hour nutritional consultation with one of our trainers and have regular check-ups and measurement readings. We’ll work out a nutritional game plan designed for longevity and based around your lifestyle… no boiled chicken breast and steamed kale here. 
  • Our Prices are:  1 Hour Per Week £70, 2 Hours Per Week £65, 3 Hours Per Week £60

How long are the sessions?

Our sessions last 60 minutes, perfect for a full-body strength workout.

How much do the sessions cost?

A single session is £70.00. Memberships range from x2 to x3 a week. Offers on bigger packages.

How long do I commit for?

We don’t do long term contracts. 1 month at a time is the only commitment you make.

What times do you have sessions?

The session time will be planned with you and your trainer

 

If I can’t make a session, will I lose that credit?

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy however at the trainer’s discretion we will happily return that session if you can book another slot that week. If you’re away for a longer period we can credit your account with any missed sessions as well as the ability pause memberships.

If I lift weights will I get big and bulky?

This is a common misconception; the results you get from lifting weights are completely based on your calorie intake. If you train with high volume and eat in a calorie surplus, you’ll gain weight. If you eat less calories while lifting weights, you’ll lose weight. It’s that simple.

Are you going to yell at me and make me do burpees?

We keep our sessions full of laughs and try to avoid burpees where possible.
